Summary: "This book explains and justifies a well-tested process for resolving complexity, called 'The Work Program of Complexity (WPOC)'. It is applicable to all problematic situations. The process is carried out using a previously-published system of management called 'Interactive Management (IM)', published in collaboration with A. Roxana Cárdenas. The unique features of the WPOC make it superior to all known processes for resolving complexity because, in each problematic situation where it is applied, it incorporates the best available beliefs.
