Summary: Friedman is a master of describing complex problems in a simple way. This book runs through a whole raft of issues related to globalisation, such as the now familar offshoring and outsourcing. He uses conversations and examples to keep the book personal without drifting too far from the main argument that the future is not just an extension of the past. Highly recommended reading!
